the Letter from the landlord down the street

So today I got a strange letter from my landlord talking about new security precautions after an "incident" occurred. My best guess is that it's probably a murder since they're taking such drastic steps.

It's too bad really. I moved into this building because it was supposed to be a safe neighbourhood, and because of the very close vicinity to the beach.

On a positive note, I used Picasa for the first time today to edit the scan of the photo. And while I still prefer GIMP, Piasca is really easy to use, and has me contemplating putting some of my photos on the web.
